]]> Baby Shamir 6I always love to watch my clients families grow so when Shanaaz told me that baby No 2 on was the way just after I did Sara’s first birthday photos …I was excited for them!  And I loved meeting Baby Shamir and seeing Sara in her role as a big sister!  I have to be honest, Sara stole the show …but I have a feeling in a few more month Shamir will give her a good run for her money!  Watch this space because I think Sara is going to be a supermodel …..I have never ever had a bad shoot with her …she just gets cuter and cuter …..and I am sure Shamir will follow suit!  Sara’s first birthday photos can be viewed here!

]]> Cape Town photographer, Cape town Wedding photographerI have had the pleasure of doing a few shoots for Shelly and Oscar and I feel I have got to know them quite well so when I was asked to do Zara’s Newborn Lifestyle shoot, I felt I was going to visit friends who had just had a baby …and I was so excited to meet this tiny, little girl who had made her entrance five weeks early and weighed a small 1.9kg at birth …although I doubt if she would have been a big baby at full term as her mommy is the tiniest, daintiest lady who is sucha girly, girl …so I thought it was awesome when I heard they were having a little princess …as Shelley is going to have so much fun playing dress up with this little girl and I think Oscar is going to enjoy having another princess to spoil.  Zara is absolutely gorgeous and is a photogenic as her gorgeous Mama.  Take a peek at these pics and see how very smitten her parents are over this gorgeous little cherub!

I really enjoy capturing Newborn Photography!  I think it is so special seeing parents being so utterly mesmerised by their newborn babies!  I love those moments of awe and utter love that we are able to capture at Newborn Lifestyle shoots …and Chantelle & Sheldon were no different!  Chantelle & Sheldon have travelled the world and are currently NGO’s working in Ghana …they decided to come back to Cape Town for Zara’s birth and to adjust to being parents (which they seem to have taken to like ducks to water).  It wont be long before they pack up their little family unit and move back to Ghana for the next few years!  I must say, I think Sheldons Africa tattoo is so very apt considering their careers and their lifestyle …one of the nicest tatoos I have come across!
