I met this gorgeous Mama-to-be earlier this year when I did a boudoir shoot for her. I totally enjoyed the experience of photographing her as there are so many facets to Shelley …she is an interesting and gorgeous minx. So when she contacted me to photograph her maternity shoot, I was beyond excited as I knew Shelley would make it a visual feast and without a doubt she exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, she organised that we did the shoot at the stunning Majeka House in Stellenbosch which was an absolutely gorgeous backdrop to this shoot and I have to say one of Stellenbosch’s most hidden gems!!!! Secondly, brought along her delightful husband, Oscar …who is totally cool and super patient and didnt mind to much about being in front of the camera …..(I am sure having the rugby on in the background helped!!) And thirdly, Shelley …..just looked gorgeous in the most stunning outfits …I have to say, I loved the blue dress ….it suited her to perfection in all her maternal glory! And her second dress could not have been more perfect with the backdrop of the flamingo ….a perfect marriage …just like I felt Shelley and Oscar were …a perfect fit! I can’t wait to meet their little princess …and I cant wait to see Shelly and Oscar as parents ….just know they are going to be awesome!
