]]> Nooitgedacht wedding Stellenbosch Cape Town photographer The one season the year that most brides overlook is winter!  And it is actually such a pity as sometimes this is the season that offers so much.  A winter wedding has so many advantages.  Firstly, ninety per cent of the time suppliers and venues offer reduced rates during this quiet period, secondly winter skies can make absolutely stunning backrops to your wedding photos!  I have posted two images here to just you an example.  Thirdly sunset happens at the perfect time and still gives you plenty of time to go and party with your guests.  The only thing you have to consider is that the church services is slightly earlier and a stunning “stole” has to be bought to keep the bride warm.  Yes, there is a good possibility of rain ….but every professional photographer should be experienced in handling this plus more often than not …there is always a break in the rain at some stage to grab some stunning photos …and if there isnt, then other creative alternatives can be found like utilising your stunning venue to its maximum!  And if there is a bride out there who would love some images in the rain …then I am your photographer!!!!
